MAKING YOUR PIECE

We make and finish all of our pieces by hand in our Sydney and Melbourne studios and we always do our best make your pieces as quickly as possible.

We usually like about 10 days so we aren't rushing something this special but sometimes the process can take a little longer.

Especially if we have to source a stone or make something completely bespoke. 

If you need something by a specific date please send us an email first so we can make sure beforehand that we can accommodate your needs.

SHIPPING

All our pieces are sent via Australia Post Express Platinum or via DHL Express Worldwide (International) with insurance.

Delivery times are usually 1-5 days depending on customs. 

International Clients please note that our prices do not include duties and taxes that may be payable before the item is delivered.

To find out more about import duties and taxes we recommend contacting your local customs office.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not currently accept returns.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept most items for exchange but please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.

Please ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging and is in the same condition that you received it.

For your protection, please return your order with an insured courier, and retain your receipt, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once your exchange is processed, your new piece will be shipped back out to you.

We cannot refund shipping charges on exchange items.

REPAIRS

Our pieces are made to last a lifetime, but let’s not forget they are often on your hands and as a result can get knocked about a bit.

Each Henson and Gold piece comes with a 12-month warranty, which covers any damage caused by manufacturing faults only.

In the instance of damage caused by wear and tear, we charge a repair fee, and the cost of the repair depends on what needs to be done.
